The screenplay also won “Best-low Budget Feature” at the Female Eye Film Festival in Toronto this summer as well as being part of the GoodtoGo and pitch sessions. I’m really excited to announce this September I joined the wonderful Department of Theatre and Film at the University of British Columbia as an Assistant Professor. Already loving the wonderful faculty and staff here, as well as my students. Here is an interview I did in September with the Faculty of Arts.
My latest documentary “Shanghai Street” will be using 360 video and VR technology. It’s been really fun testing it out and learning the software. Stay tuned for a look at some early test results. Exciting where this new phase of storytelling techniques will take me!
